Grounding (sitting version)
Duration: 14.30 minutes
An exercise that I’ve personally developed and is particularly effective to self-regulate emotional states, contrasting anxiety, panic attacks, dissociative episodes and PTSD. It’s an exercise where you will activate your interoception (body awareness of itself) and you’ll do some breath-work.
